2021-2022 PTA Meeting Schedule 

Executive Board Meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of the month throughout the year (with a few exceptions).  Anyone* can attend a board meeting and we encourage parents to come see us in action! Meetings will be held virtually for the first half of the year.  Meetings begin at 6:30.  To request a zoom link, please email williamsmagnetpta@gmail.com.

 

*Only members of the board can vote.

General Membership meetings are held 4 times per year.  These meetings are designed to keep parents informed, vote on actionable items, gather feedback about what we do, and to have fun! Membership meetings are open to everyone, but an individual must be a paid member to have voting rights.  Anyone can become a member of the Williams PTA.  Memberships are only $10!  See the membership page for more information.
